The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation releases “Collective Leadership- Challenging a Bold New World: A Summary Report and Blueprint for Community Action”. The report, prepared by Public Square Communications, features session summaries from the 2003 Annual Legislative Conference and recommendations for community action and advocacy.

The National Urban League launched a new health education website at the organization’s national conference in Detroit. The content for the website was developed by Public Square Communications, and features information on 12 health issues of special concern to the African American community.
